Ingredients:
- 2 Pouch Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
- 2 pounds of ground beef
- 2 small green peppers (diced)
- 1 small yellow onion (diced)
- 2-15 ounce cans of diced tomatoes
- 1-15 ounce can of tomato sauce
- 1-6 ounce can of tomato paste
- 2-15 ounce cans kidney beans (drained)
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 3 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- ½ tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Method:
- In a large dutch oven sauté your peppers and onions until they start to caramelize
- Add seasonings and cook for 1 minute, stirring continuously
- Add ground meat and cook until brown
- Pour in your tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth and tomato paste
- Simmer on medium low for 15 minutes
- Add in your beans
- Stir and cook for another 10 minutes
