Dairy-Free Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pouches Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 16 oz brown rice pasta
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 4oz can green chiles

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions
  2. Heat broth, garlic, onions, and spices in a pot
  3. Heat until warm
  4. Place your soaked cashews into a blender with flour, chilies and the rest of the ingredients
  5. Blend to make a creamy sauce
  6. Pour over pasta, mix and serve
