Ingredients:
- 1 Pouches Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 cup cashews (soaked overnight)
- 16 oz brown rice pasta
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
- 4oz can green chiles
Method:
- Cook pasta according to directions
- Heat broth, garlic, onions, and spices in a pot
- Heat until warm
- Place your soaked cashews into a blender with flour, chilies and the rest of the ingredients
- Blend to make a creamy sauce
- Pour over pasta, mix and serve
