Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 mini onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup peas
- Pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
Method:
- Cook rice according to package, use broth instead of water
- In a fry pan sauté your onions and carrots for about five minutes
- Add in your peas and garlic powder
- Cook for another 3 minutes and push your veggies to the side of the fry pan
- Crack two eggs into the pan and scramble right away
- Once they are cooked, mix together with your veggies
- Add in your rice and soy sauce
- Mix for another 3 minutes and serve
