Bone Broth Fried Rice

  • 2 Cups Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 mini onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 tbsp gluten free soy sauce


  1. Cook rice according to package, use broth instead of water
  2. In a fry pan sauté your onions and carrots for about five minutes
  3. Add in your peas and garlic powder
  4. Cook for another 3 minutes and push your veggies to the side of the fry pan
  5. Crack two eggs into the pan and scramble right away
  6. Once they are cooked, mix together with your veggies
  7. Add in your rice and soy sauce
  8. Mix for another 3 minutes and serve
