Ingredients:
- 2 Pouches Osso Good Beef Bone Broth
- 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
- 4 basil leaves
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 8 Lasagna sheets (gluten free)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup herb-garlic Treenut cheese (or more according to taste)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
Method:
- In a fry pan cook off your ground beef until no longer pink
- Sauté your onion in olive oil until slightly caramelized
- Cut your lasagna sheets into squares and boil for 5 minutes
- Add everything into a large pot, except the cheese
- Simmer on medium low for 20 minutes
- Mix in your Tree nut cheese (dairy cheese is an option as well)
- Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve
