Ingredients:
- 1 Pouch Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
- 1 bunch kale (finely chopped)
- 1 bunch collard greens (finely chopped)
- small handful of dandelion greens (finely chopped)
- small handful of mustard green (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
- sprinkle of salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon wedge
Method:
- In a large pot bring water to a boil
- Sprinkle some salt and add in your greens
- Stir until wilted
- Once wilted, drain water, and place in a skillet
- Add in your garlic, olive oil and a sprinkle of salt
- Saute for 5 minutes and add in your broth
- Simmer for another 3 minutes, squeeze lemon on top and serve
