Lemon Garlic Greens

  • 1 Pouch Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 bunch kale (finely chopped)
  • 1 bunch collard greens (finely chopped)
  • small handful of dandelion greens (finely chopped)
  • small handful of mustard green (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • sprinkle of salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon wedge


  1. In a large pot bring water to a boil
  2. Sprinkle some salt and add in your greens
  3. Stir until wilted
  4. Once wilted, drain water, and place in a skillet
  5. Add in your garlic, olive oil and a sprinkle of salt
  6. Saute for 5 minutes and add in your broth
  7. Simmer for another 3 minutes, squeeze lemon on top and serve
