mashed potatoes

Serving Size: 5  |  Cook Time: 30 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pouch Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
  • 5 russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 10 pieces of bacon (chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp ghee
  • green onion (chopped for toppings)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes in water until soft
  2. Drain water from potatoes
  3. Warm broth
  4. Add your spices, ghee, broth, and potatoes together
  5. Using a hand mixer, mash your potatoes
  6. Fry your bacon
  7. Chop bacon and stir it into your mashed potatoes
  8. Top with green onions
