Ingredients:
- 1 Pouch Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
- 5 russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 10 pieces of bacon (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp ghee
- green onion (chopped for toppings)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil potatoes in water until soft
- Drain water from potatoes
- Warm broth
- Add your spices, ghee, broth, and potatoes together
- Using a hand mixer, mash your potatoes
- Fry your bacon
- Chop bacon and stir it into your mashed potatoes
- Top with green onions
