Taco Soup

Serving Size: 4  |  Cook Time: 20 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pouches Osso Good Beef Bone Broth
  • 1 lb. of grass-fed beef
  • Taco seasonings
  • 1 cup wilted romaine
  • Crunchy jalapeños
  • Fresh Cilantro
  • Organic Sour Cream
  • Avocado

Method:

    1. Cook beef in skillet until no longer pink.
    2. Add bone broth.
    3. Add taco seasonings.
    4. Add romaine.
    5. Stir ingredients until romaine is soft.
    6. Pour into bowls.
    7. Add sliced avocado, and jalapeños.
    8. Top with sour cream and cilantro.
