Vegetable Soup

Serving Size: 4  |  Cook Time: 30 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Pouches Osso Good Chicken Bone Broth
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 4 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 carrots (chopped)
  • 5 celery sticks (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small head of cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes (14.5oz)
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/3 cup parsley
  • pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Saute your onion, garlic, carrots, and celery with your olive oil
  2. Place all your ingredients in a Instant Pot
  3. Set on manual mode for 10 minutes
  4. Release valve and enjoy
