We encourage our customers to use the tracking information we'll provide to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly. Our broth is shipped frozen and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Osso Good Customer Agreement: This Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and Osso Good, LLC, (“Osso Good”) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site and receive orders from Osso Good, including processing and delivery of product orders. Your use of the Osso Good website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions, please do not use our website to order your broth. Placing Orders: Orders may be placed online through our website's secure checkout.
Process Time: Osso Good produces and delivers fresh small batches of broth to order each week. Ordering is Monday through Sunday night at Midnight PST for shipping the following Monday. This is to ensure they can be delivered by Friday at the latest. Shipping times vary based on the distance the shipment has to travel.
Cancellation and Order Change Policy: All sales are final after 2 hours from the time the order was placed. Once an order has exceeded the 2 hour window to change/cancel your order, no changes/cancellations are possible. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, Osso Good reserves the right to treat any additions as a second order incurring additional shipping charges.
Refund Policy: While we do not accept returns for our food products or offer refunds based on personal taste, we will issue credit or refund for products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek credit, please email or call us with the following information:
- Order number
- Damaged product item description
- Condition of damaged product upon arrival
- Date and time package was received
Product Availability: We produce our broths fresh to order ever week. Osso Good only accepts orders Monday through Friday at Midnight EST for shipment the following Tuesday.
FREE SHIPPING POLICIES
Free Shipping: is not applicable with subscriptions. It can only be used when purchasing "by the pouch" product.
All orders are shipped via UPS and include delivery confirmation or tracking information, which will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Standard shipping is generally 1-3 business days (not guaranteed). We cannot guarantee the timeframe or parcel arrival date for any shipping method, but strive to get it to you on time.
Risk of Loss: All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon Osso Good’s delivery of the order to the UPS shipping center. We encourage you to use the tracking information supplied for your order to track and retrieve items promptly.
Order Arrival: Our broths are shipped frozen and should be refrigerated or frozen upon delivery to ensure freshness.
Invalid Payments: Osso Good will not process orders that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will try our best to contact you if this occurs. However, in the event that such an order is processed, Osso Good reserves the right to collect funds for any uncollected transactions owed to it. You shall be responsible and liable for any costs, including attorneys’ costs and collection costs, that Osso Good may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you. Your right to use the Osso Good website is subject to limits established by Osso Good and/or by your credit card issuer.
